TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The 92Blueprint Notary & Signing Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, scheduling platforms, and communications (including SMS texts) in compliance with Texas state law, the United States federal law, and relevant electronic and telecommunication policies.

 

By booking, using, or interacting with our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

  • We provide general notary, remote online notarization (RON), loan signing, apostille, fingerprinting, VIN verification, field inspections, and document preparation services (non-legal).

  • We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • You must provide valid, government-issued identification at the time of service.

3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Appointments must be booked online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a $25 fee.

  • Same-day bookings may incur rush or after-hours charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash and credit/debit cards via Square.

  • Invoices for corporate clients are due within 30 days of service delivery.

5. Communication Consent & SMS Policy

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and service-related updates via SMS or email.

  • Text message rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing info@92blueprintnotary.com.

  • We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and relevant Texas Business & Commerce Code § 305 regarding SMS and electronic communications.

6. Identification & Compliance

  • You must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization.

  • The name on your ID must match the name on your document(s).

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for the content or legality of your documents.

  • We do not guarantee acceptance of notarized documents by third parties.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect client information or missed appointments.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already performed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us directly within 3 business days.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client data and documents are kept secure and confidential.

  • Our practices comply with Texas Government Code § 406.108 and other state and federal data protection laws.

10. Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Changes will take effect upon posting on our website.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal regulations.

  • Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
