How Our Online Notarization Works

Step 1: Book Your Appointment

• Choose the date and time that works for you.

• You’ll receive a secure BlueNotary session link via email.

Step 2: Check Your Email & Prepare

We’ll send a checklist to help you prepare:

• Government-issued photo ID

• Your unsigned document (email to: info@92blueprintnotary.com)

• Device with camera + mic

📌 Send your file at least 1 hour before your session.

Step 3: Join the Live Session

• At your appointment time, click the link to join.

• We’ll verify your ID, review your document, and walk you through the signing process.

🔐 Secure, recorded, and fully Texas-compliant.

Step 4: Final Review & Document Delivery

• Once your session is complete and your document is signed, we’ll finalize and notarize the file on our end.

• Your notarized document will be securely emailed to you — typically within minutes of payment.

💡 If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your file, let us know immediately.

Step 5: Make Payment

• We’ll send your invoice immediately after the session.

• 💳 Pay securely with any credit or debit card.

Step 6: Receive Your Notarized Document

After payment, your notarized document will be emailed to you — typically within minutes.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours in advance: no fee

• Less than 24 hours: $15 fee

• No Show or Late Cancellation (<1 hr): $15
