Included in Each Visit

 

✔ Mobile notary service on-site
✔ Travel to facility (up to 15 miles)
✔ Witnessing of signatures (as applicable)
✔ Patient/occupant verification & ID check
✔ Notarization of 1–3 documents
✔ Return of documents (via mail or hand-off)

  • Facility Visit (Standard): $125
    Includes local travel (up to 15 miles), up to 3 documents, and a 1-hour appointment on-site at hospitals, rehab centers, or elder care facilities.

  • Extended Time (60+ mins): +$25
    Add-on for appointments requiring extra time due to patient needs, document volume, or facility delays.

  • Same-Day Booking (Based on Availability): +$25
    Priority scheduling for urgent requests booked within 12 hours.

  • After-Hours Visit (Before 8 AM or After 8 PM): +$25
    Premium service rate for appointments scheduled outside normal business hours.

  • Additional Document (after 3): +$10 each
    Applies to any documents beyond the first 3 included in the standard package.
