Can I notarize international documents online?Yes, depending on the receiving country’s requirements. We’ll help guide you through it.

Can you notarize for people outside of Texas?Yes — we can notarize for clients nationwide, as long as the notary is physically in Texas during the session.

How do I pay for the service?We accept: All major credit and debit cards Square payments (tap, chip, or invoice) Cash (for in-person appointments) 💡 For loan signings, payment may come directly from the title company or escrow service. You’ll receive an invoice by email immediately after your session. Payment can be made via our secure online checkout. Documents are released once payment is received.

Can I get any document notarized online?Not all documents are eligible. Common RON-allowed documents include powers of attorney, loan signings, affidavits, and business forms. Do you offer same-day service?Yes, based on availability. Contact us for rush bookings. A $15 same-day service fee applies.

Can I schedule an appointment after hours?Yes. Evening and Holiday appointments are available for an additional fee of $25.

Do you respond to urgent requests?Absolutely. We're here when you need us most.

What if my camera or mic isn’t working?Test your setup in advance or switch to a backup device if needed.

Can I reschedule my appointment?Yes. Simply contact us at least 24 hour prior to your session.

What if I miss the Zoom/BlueNotary session?We’ll reschedule your session or apply your payment to a new time. *Please note: a $15 no-show fee may apply if the appointment is missed without prior notice.*

Can I upload my documents later?Yes, but we recommend sending them at least 1 hour before your appointment for review.
