By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer:

Mobile notary services

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Loan signing services
-
Apostille processing
-
Certified document translation (via third-party providers)

Fingerprinting services
-
Field inspections
-
General document support (non-legal)
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older
-
Valid, unexpired government-issued identification is required
-
The name on your ID must match your documents
3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
-
Appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, when possible
-
Same-day appointments may include additional fees
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
-
Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee
No-Show / Client Not Ready:
-
If the client is not present, unprepared, or refuses to sign at the scheduled time, a travel/service fee may still apply
-
If additional time is required, wait time fees may apply
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed

Accepted methods: cash, debit/credit (via Square)
Business Clients:

Approved clients may receive invoices payable within 30 days
5. Communication Consent (SMS & Email)
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive:

Appointment confirmations

Reminders
-
Service-related updates

6. Identification & Notarial Compliance

All signers must be physically present (or comply with RON requirements)

Proper identification is required
👉 We reserve the right to refuse service if:

identity cannot be verified

documents are incomplete
-
the signer appears unwilling or unaware
-
the request violates Texas notary law
7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of documents

We do not guarantee acceptance by third parties
-
We are not liable for delays caused by:
-
incorrect client information
-
missing documents
-
client scheduling issues
-
8. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for completed services

If an issue arises, clients must contact us within 3 business days
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with:

Texas Government Code § 406.108

Applicable federal data protection laws

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
