Step 1: Book Your Appointment

Choose a time and location that works for you — home, office, hospital, or other convenient settings.

📍 Travel Zones & Rates (Houston Metro Area)

  • 0–15 miles → Local Zone (Copperfield, Cypress, Jersey Village)
    Starting at $40 — includes one notarized signature.

  • 16–30 miles → Mid Zone (Katy, Spring, Downtown, Tomball)
    Starting at $70 — includes one notarized signature.

  • 31–50 miles → Extended Zone (Pearland, Sugar Land, The Woodlands)
    Starting at $100 — includes one notarized signature.

  • 50+ miles → On-Demand Service
    Custom pricing or referred to a verified partner subcontractor.

Step 2: Prepare for Your Appointment​​

Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with full details and a prep checklist.
Have ready:

  • Valid, government-issued photo ID (name must match document)

  • Unsigned documents

  • Witnesses, if required (or request assistance)

Step 3: On-Site Notarization​

Your notary will arrive at your location, verify ID, and walk you through the process.

Step 4: Payment & Completion​

  • Sign and receive your notarized documents on the spot — no wait time.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

Need scanbacks or drop-off? Just let us know in advance.​​

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours in advance: no fee

  • Less than 24 hours: $15 fee

  • No Show or Late Cancellation (<1 hr): $15

  • What is remote notarization?
    Remote notarization allows you to have documents notarized online via secure video call through BlueNotary.
  • Is RON legal in Texas?
    Yes. Texas law supports secure remote notarization for most document types.
  • How quickly will I get my notarized document?
    Most notarized documents are emailed within minutes of payment — fast and secure.
  • What do I need for an online notarization?
    You’ll need: A valid government-issued photo ID A strong internet connection A webcam and microphone Access to a smartphone or computer We’ll handle the rest!
  • What tech do I need for my appointment?
    A smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access and a working camera and microphone.
  • How does BlueNotary work?
    You’ll receive a private link for your session. Just click it at your appointment time — no downloads needed.
  • Can I notarize international documents online?
    Yes, depending on the receiving country’s requirements. We’ll help guide you through it.
  • Can you notarize for people outside of Texas?
    Yes — we can notarize for clients nationwide, as long as the notary is physically in Texas during the session.
  • How do I pay for the service?
    We accept: All major credit and debit cards Square payments (tap, chip, or invoice) Cash (for in-person appointments) 💡 For loan signings, payment may come directly from the title company or escrow service. You’ll receive an invoice by email immediately after your session. Payment can be made via our secure online checkout. Documents are released once payment is received.
  • Can I get any document notarized online?
    Not all documents are eligible. Common RON-allowed documents include powers of attorney, loan signings, affidavits, and business forms.   • How do I contact you?

  • Do you offer same-day service?
    Yes, based on availability. Contact us for rush bookings. A $15 same-day service fee applies.
  • Can I schedule an appointment after hours?
    Yes. Evening and Holiday appointments are available for an additional fee of $25.
  • Do you respond to urgent requests?
    Absolutely. We're here when you need us most.
  • What if my camera or mic isn’t working?
    Test your setup in advance or switch to a backup device if needed.
  • Can I reschedule my appointment?
    Yes. Simply contact us at least 24 hour prior to your session.
  • What if I miss the Zoom/BlueNotary session?
    We’ll reschedule your session or apply your payment to a new time. *Please note: a $15 no-show fee may apply if the appointment is missed without prior notice.*
  • Can I upload my documents later?
    Yes, but we recommend sending them at least 1 hour before your appointment for review.
