📍 Travel Zones & Rates (Houston Metro Area)

• 0–15 miles → Local Zone (Copperfield, Cypress, Jersey Village)
  Starting at $45 — includes one notarized signature.

• 16–30 miles → Mid Zone (Katy, Spring, Downtown, Tomball)
  Starting at $75 — includes one notarized signature.

• 31–50 miles → Extended Zone (Pearland, Sugar Land, The Woodlands)
  Starting at $100 — includes one notarized signature.

• 50+ miles → On-Demand Service
  Custom pricing or referred to a verified partner subcontractor.

Step 2: Prepare for Your Appointment​​

Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with full details and a prep checklist.
Have ready:

• Valid, government-issued photo ID (name must match document)

• Unsigned documents

• Witnesses, if required (or request assistance)

Step 3: On-Site Notarization​

Your notary will arrive at your location, verify ID, and walk you through the process.

Step 4: Payment & Completion​

• Sign and receive your notarized documents on the spot — no wait time.

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• After Hour (before 8am or after 8pm): +$25

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours in advance: no fee

• Less than 24 hours: $15 fee

• No Show or Late Cancellation (<1 hr): $15
