  • Basic Loan Signing Package: $140
    Includes local travel (up to 15 miles), up to 2 signers, 1-hour appointment.

  • Full-Service Package: $200
    Includes everything in the basic package, plus printing, scanbacks, and courier drop-off.

  • Dual Transactions (Purchase & Sale): $200
    For multiple document sets or split closings.

  • Reverse Mortgage: $175

       Specialized document set

Prices include document preparation, travel within a 15-mile radius, and courier drop-off services.

Travel Zones (In-Person Signings)

  • Local (0–15 miles) – Cypress, Jersey Village, Copperfield → Included

  • Mid-Zone (16–30 miles) – Katy, Spring, Tomball, Downtown → + $25

  • Extended (31–50 miles) – Pearland, Sugar Land, The Woodlands → + $50

**Nationwide hybrid/online options also available.**

  • Scanbacks: +$25

  • Print + Drop-off: +$30 Varies​

  • After Hours (before 8am or after 8pm) or Sunday: +$25

  • All signers must have a valid photo ID

  • Documents must be complete but unsigned

  • Notaries cannot provide legal advice or explain legal content

  • All agents follow Texas state law and are NNA-certified

Our Process is Simple:

Step 1: Book Your Appointment

Schedule a signing that works for you. Same-day, after-hours, and weekend options available.

Step 2: Send Your Documents

Email loan documents to info@92blueprintnotary.com. Need printing? Let us know.

Step 3: Confirm Your Details

We’ll confirm your location, signers, ID requirements, and any title/lender instructions.

Step 4: Conduct the Signing

Your agent will guide you through the process, verifying each document and ensuring signatures and initials are complete.

Step 5: Scanbacks or Drop-Off

We offer secure scanbacks or courier delivery to title/lender — per your instructions.

Step 6: Payment

Invoice will be sent post-signing. Pay via cash or card (Square). Title companies may be invoiced.
